Company

Keurak Oy was established in 1974 and the company operates in mechanical wood processing. The company is located in Keuruu, 60 km west from city of Jyväskylä in Central Finland. The annual sales of the company totals to some 6.0 million and an average number of employees is 20. The most part of our products are exported, mainly to Central Europe. We process annually some 35.000 m3 of sawn timber, which comes from reliable suppliers.

Production

Our machinery includes three planing machines, two band saws, a multiblade saw and a finger jointing machine. Our biggest planing machine is equipped with shrink wrapping and end matching which gives us good possibilities to produce several kind of profiles and qualities for many needs. The shavings are processed to wood pellets, which are used mainly for heating of households, farms and small companies to. Our annual wood pellet production amounts to 3.000 tns.
